LatinBayArea seeks a motivated and dynamic individual with creative skills to develop a solutions sales presentation.
We’re seeking dynamic, creative and energetic sales representatives to work remote representing the Bay Area’s Latino website that influence where people shop, find entertainment and spend leisure time.
You’ll help local and regional businesses gain new customers while making a difference in the community by supporting local news and culture.
Applicants should have customer service skills, basic understanding of marketing principles, strong written and verbal skills in addition to a positive attitude. Reliable transportation is required.
An Associate degree or its equivalent with 2-4 years of experience in Media Sales or in a related area with a high volume of sales.
1-3 years of media experience preferred
Excellent organizational skills and discipline, as well as negotiating skills.
Ability to create advertising proposals and exercise excellent presentation skills.
Bilingual Spanish/English preferred
Employment/education will be verified.
Your daily job consists of:
Contacting businesses [leads] that would benefit from having [any or more] Latino customers.
These businesses can be found on Spanish television, radio, newspapers, social media or in your neighborhood.
Bonus: You have a client list of email addresses and phone numbers.
Generate daily and weekly reports of all businesses you have contacted. This report reflects what phase you are in the sales development.
Email the advertising package the business has agreed on. This agreement is on Paypal and describes the start and end dates of advertising.
Collecting their advertising information including: Logo or business image, address, discount codes, video links, business link and paragraphs about their business.
